Fruit and Nutty Protein Bites

These protein balls are a good idea for a perfect snack. 

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Serves: 10 (3 bites per serving)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp chia Seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

2 tbsp water

6 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream (New Formula)

½ cup of dates, coarsely chopped

10 dried apple rings, coarsely chopped

¼ cup of dried cherries, coarsely chopped 

¼ cup of chunky peanut spread

½ cup of rolled oats

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup of unsweetened almond drink (or soy drink or (semi-) skimmed milk)


Method:

Place all ingredients in to a large bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.

Roll mixture into 1” balls (makes 30). Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days.
