No Bake Spiced Apple Protein Bars

3 scoops Formula 1 Spiced Apple

120 g rolled oats

150 ml almond milk

30 g dried apple, finely chopped


Line a baking dish or tray with cling film and set aside.

Put half the oats into a blender and pulse until smooth.

Put the blended oats and the Herbalife Formula 1 Spiced Apple into a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix until a thick batter is formed. Stir through the dried apple and transfer the mix to the baking dish, pressing down firmly.

Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut in to 6 bars to serve.
