Rice Crispy Treats 

Ingredients:

  • 30g Butter
  • 80g Honey
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Scoops (26g) F1 Cookie Crunch
  • 50g Puffed Rice
  • 60g Porridge oats
  • 60g smooth cashew butter
  • Cooking Spray

    Method:

    1. Spray a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.

    2. In a large saucepan over. low heat, melt butter, and vanilla.

    3. Turn heat off and then stir in the formula oats and puffed rice.

    4. Press the mixture into the pan and let cool or refrigerate for 20mins
